The cold rooms and inadequate heating were quite uncomfortable!!! Poor water quality made the experience less enjoyable!!! The lack of maintenance gave a sense of neglect in various areas!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited stunning spots with great views over the estuary and a charming Galician mansion by the river. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing together, and the building itself was beautiful. Just a heads up, parking has some steps, so be prepared.
We struggled with the Wi-Fi in our room, which was pretty frustrating. It felt like we had to hang out in the bar or reception area just to get a decent signal.

The evening food was delightful, featuring homemade breads and fresh local produce. The staff in the dining area were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered great gluten-free options for my wife! We appreciated the stunning views from our balcony too.
Unfortunately, the reception felt a bit unfriendly, and my attempts to use the TV were quite a hassle because it only showed Spanish channels. The balcony door couldn’t be fully closed, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

A castle stay to remember
Sipping wine on our balcony while watching the sunset over the Ebro River was magical. The castle ambiance and attentive service made our stay unforgettable.
We faced a challenging uphill walk to reach the hotel, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the summer heat, making the nights a bit uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on 15 Junbreathtaking viewsrich breakfastaccessibility issues
Stunning hilltop location offers breathtaking views over the river and city, making for picture-perfect mornings. Rich breakfast options include a variety of local delicacies that elevate the culinary experience.
Accessibility can be an issue, especially with the absence of a lift to the third floor and a metal staircase to access the pool, which isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility concerns. During my stay, I noticed the pool was cold and not particularly inviting, filled with debris. The dining experience didn’t fully match the hotel’s grandeur. my dining choices felt limited and didn’t cater well to vegetarians, which led to some uninspiring meal options. Additionally, parking proved tricky as the routes to the hotel’s parking seemed steep and convoluted, making it a hassle for those unfamiliar with the area.
